The Iron Rebel Compression Elbow Sleeves are 12.7cm, and we offer them in 1.27cm increments to allow for a precise fit. In order to get the correct fit, you must use a soft measuring tape. You cannot guess on the size and you cannot order what your friends have ordered thinking you have the same size arms.

How to measure: Using a soft tape, measure around your elbow joint and the largest part of your forearm. Take care to make these measurements while your arm is not bent or flexed.

For Moderate Compression (recommended) choose a size that is 1.2cm smaller than the larger measurement of your elbow and forearm.

Example 1: Elbow measurement is 31,75cm and forearm measurement is 33cm. Choose 12.5 inch Elbow Sleeve.

Example 2: Elbow measurement is 31,75cm and forearm measurement is 31,75cm. Choose 12 inch Elbow Sleeve.

Example 3: Elbow measurement is 31,75cm and forearm measurement is 34,3cm. Choose 13 inch Elbow Sleeve.

For Tighter Compression choose a size that is 2.5cm smaller than the larger measurement of your elbow and forearm.

Example 1: Elbow measurement is 31,75cm and forearm measurement is 33cm, choose 12 inch Elbow Sleeve.

Example 2: Elbow measurement is 31,75cm and forearm measurement is 31,75cm, choose 11.5 inch Elbow Sleeve.
